On 9/20/2018 when I called to cancel the exchange order and tell them not to send it just refund my money, she stated it could not be cancelled because it shipped the day before 9/19/2018. Later in the day I learned I was duped and lied to again.

I receive an email saying my item shipped from them on 9/20/2018 THE SAME DAY I CALLED.

I received an email from Fedex today, 9/21/2018 with tracking information and it shows that shipment information was sent to Fed EX on 9/20/2018 at 130* (***pm) and Arrived at the FedEX location in Indianapolis, Indiana on 9/21/2018 at 100am. Again, more lies.

Well let me say this, no matter how much you rave about your bra your business ethics suck. A friend of mine at work sent me the email with a link to order one.

I have the email "PSST someone you know..." So I proceed to order one, my first mistake I should have noticed is the Facebook site doesn't allow for reviews. Anyways that was on 9/10/2018 when I clicked on the email to order. She has been trying for 10 days to get the code for referring me to get $30 off her next order. Today she is told by Leila that she would not be getting the code as I didn't order from the email.

EXCUSE ME BUT YES I DID AND HAVE IT FOR PROOF. This place is a scam. Dupe the customers and not honor their word. So I call and cancel my order since their fit they suggested did not fit and I sent for an exchange.

I am told by Jessica she can't cancel because it was shipped on 9/19/2018. So I said send me the return label and I will return it as I don't want to do business with a company like this. I am then told the refund will take 15-30 days.

WHAT!!! you took my money right away but going to drag your feet to give it back???

"We have to inspect the bra" That is ridiculous.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $72.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Thirdlove Cons: Customer service, False advertising, Marketing bait and switch, Trying to get my refund on returned items, Poor customer service process.
